OK, either these are not bell peppers or my grocer grows peppers extra large because I ended up with at least twice as much stir fry vegetables as I needed. Good directions, and made delicious fajitas. Never had teriyaki fajitas before. Garnished with sesame seeds and salted to taste.

Loved it mixed it with white rice rather than just pouring it on top. Still delicious!!

This was so delicious and better than I thought it would be. We bought pre-cut peppers which made it quicker to put together. Very good!!
