I couldn’t find broccoli at the supermarket (they were sold out!), so I used red pepper instead. And I couldn’t find fish sauce either (I live in a small town in Germany), so I used Worcestershire sauce as a substitute. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written. I had this with rice. I think I may have had my pan on too high because the sauce burned in my pan - I think next time I’ll first turn down the heat and then add the sauce ingredients. This also did not really leave any sauce, the vegetables absorbed everything (potentially also due to the high heat of the pan?). That said, it was very tasty, I really like the flavour. So I would definitely make this again. Hopefully next time with broccoli :-)

The dish was great! I made this for my family of four and they could not get enough of this dish it was amazing. I would make it again for the family meal.
