Used corn tortillas to make it more “authentic” and “lighter” and rotisserie chicken to make it easier! Crowd pleaser!

I can't even describe in words how amazing this was. I made enough for 10. My husband, his friend, my 1 and 4 year old, and myself ate it all. No leftovers! I added a little more cheese than the ingredients. I will definitely be making this again!

These turned out pretty good. The only caveat is that with flour tortillas, they stick together, so they may be hard to separate from each other, also, they dont reheat too well, so this isnt a dish you really necessarily want to make enough for a lot leftovers. when I made this i just used 10 medium tortillas and 2 8x8 pans.
