- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
- 32 oz. fat-free chicken broth (boxes of)
- 4 cups vegetables (you can used canned, frozen or raw. To keep it FP use peas, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, etc)
- 3 tsp. sea salt (or more of, or THM Mineral Salt, add to your liking, salt is really important to flavor & a good quality salt is best)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning (or 1 tsp each of Rosemary, Thyme & Sage)
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. curry powder (add more if you want more curry flavor)
- 2 tsp. turmeric powder (add more if you want more exotic flavor)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 tsp. sprinkles (Bragg's Organic, 24 Herbs, Spices, & Seasonings)
- fresh herbs (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
