This was a great base for a pad Thai recipe. I added an orange bell pepper, substituted the fish sauce with different ratios of lime juice, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. It was absolutely delicious. This recipe suggests 1 egg. We suggest using 2 instead. This recipe also suggests a time for cooking the noodles. It was too long. Next time I will do it less time to avoid sticky rice noodles.

Will make my own sauce next time. Overall a great meal, will just this recipe again!

It was great, used like 15 oz of rice noodles because they come in terrible sizes, but that was okay. I added a second egg and some sesame seeds to it as well. Almost better cold than warm :)
