I sautéed the chicken in coconut oil. There was plenty of liquid from the lime juice and fish sauce. It would be even better if you add some veggies.

Easy to make yet tastes amazing! Bibb lettuce is the best with this dish. I garnish with oriental crunchy noodles and peanuts.

I replaced the fish sauce with hoisin and chili paste because I didn’t have fish sauce and I cooked the onions and chicken in olive oil instead of water. Turned out so good and was so easy

Very tasty although I added some chili sauce to make it a little spicier I also added some low sodium soy sauce

Great recipe! I also use the suggested sweet chili sauce with it and it makes the meal! love it.. it's quick easy and delicious

Fairly bland in my opinion. I would change the recipe to give it more flavor. I saw someone said they used peanut butter and that sounds like it would taste great! Overall, I don't think I would make this recipe the same the second time.

Really good - while family loved it! I
added some peanut butter to the sauce too. The first time I made this recipe, I used ground chicken, then turkey the second time. Either way, it's awesome.
