Smells great I had to cook it a little bit longer, because my cubed steaks were a little thick

This recipe turned out great. The seasoning added just the right heat to the steaks.
However, the directions were not clear regarding the correct amount of fat to use when beginning to heat and then fry the steaks. They also fail t
I have to say, if I make this again, I will o tell make make sure that the meat is at room temp and patted dry after I pound it out. Keeping the meat at room temp will allow for the shrinkage that I encountered when the meat warmed up before cooking.
