So easy, quick & tasty! I didn’t have day old rice, so I made rice & spread it out on cookie sheets for about 6 hours to allow it to dry out a bit. I added a cup of thinly sliced celery which I sautéed in the sesame oil with the onions. I used minced garlic (from jar) and 1/2 tsp pepper to the onion & celery while sautéing then added the peas & carrots after the onions & celery were soft. I cubed both chicken breasts from a rotisserie chicken. I had to divide the mixture into 2 skillets at this point because I didn’t think the 4 cups of rice would fit into my largest skillet. (I may ask for a wok for Christmas!). I used a couple tbsp more of soy sauce than the recipe called for….because I like soy sauce! I also stirred in 2 chopped green onions with the chicken and rice. I plan to make this a regular monthly meal!

Great, so easy and delicious, quick. I used old rice (3days) and i think it was better than fresh rice

My family loves this dish! Super easy & can add or take away items to your liking. I make this regularly.

simple and so good. 1st time i made it with leftover turkey and cooked the rice in homemade chicken stock. It was sooooo good told everyone about it and even made it again. 2nd time used leftover pork roast diced up, and doubled the recipe. measurements a bit off and wasn't as good, but used a different rice, (jasmine 1st go, regular white rice 2nd go), and of course homemade bone broth, so flavors not exactly the same. overall, still love the dish and will continue to make this dish.

Really good! I would add more vegetables next time (like two cups) and I added three eggs
Used rotisserie chicken as well. Like a bowl full

halved the rice but kept other proportions the same. added a few extra seasonings and a smidge of sugar. served with green onion and cilantro. great for my family of 2

The meal was certainly easy to make and was tasty. The only negative is that it is a little plain. Adding some scallions or extra soy or sesame oil helped. I also would double the chicken next time.

Super easy and delicious I subbed peas for broccoli and that was yummy, too

Delicious, extremely simple. Followee the recommendation of cooking rice beforehand; works better.

Delicious! I used leftover Moroccan chicken. Surprisingly, the flavors meshed beautifully.

Decent fried rice! Feels like it’s missing something though, since it tastes pretty plain.

Very tasty dish! Quick and easy dish. I did season the chicken with garlic, cumin, ginger and onion powder. I’ll definitely fix it again! Thanks for sharing.

It needs something to kick up the flavour. Consider adding liquid smoke, or a hot honey sauce.

This turned out really good, leftovers were just as good the next day, will definitely make again!!

Good! I doubled the garlic. Kids and hubby loved it! There’s something missing to me... not sure what or it could be too much sesame oil.

It was good for the whole family, no leftovers! Added fresh ginger and garlic in the sesame oil and added extra veggies after that.
