- 3 star anise
- 1 tsp. shahi jeera ((Caraway seeds))
- 2 tsp. red chili powder

- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 4 onion (large, thinly sliced and fried till golden brown and crisp)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup coriander leaves (fresh, tightly packed)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (tightly packed)
- 4 green chilli
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
