This was delicious! The entire family loved it. Made it to go with Asian themed birthday dinner for my nephew and it was a huge it. definitely recommend serving with coconut rice!

This turned out ok....not the usual curry I am accustomed to, which is spicier with more curry and additional spices. However, the sweet taste of the honey was interesting. I prefer a strong curry flavor, so I adjusted the amount of curry to 2 tbsp instead of 2tsp.

It was decent. Very sweet with so much honey and the curry sauce was a bit watery but that may have been something I did.
