Great. It’s similar to a recipe I learned when I was a kid so it tasted great and brought back memories. All in all it was fantastic!

This makes a great curry in almost no time. I think the cooking of the spices is key to why this is so good.

This was seriously awesome. Extremely delicious. I made some small changes. Only used 4 cloves of garlic. My paste (pre adding the chicken) was a bit dry and I didn’t see any oil coming out the sides...So I cooked it really long (around 30 minutes) on low heat to get all the flavor out and kept adding some more water towards the end to keep it nice and moist and pasty. Once I added the chicken I kept adding chicken stock to get the right consistency and added 1 small cinnamon stick for the last 10 minutes for extra aroma. The result was awesome. Will make again for sure!
