I made a couple changes to the recipe and it turned out fantastic! I added 2 Tbs of garlic to the onion and mushroom and squeezed an entire lemon into the broth and coconut milk. I also added some shredded cheese at the end of cooking but it would have been just as good without.

I reduced the ingredients for a serving of 2 and baked for 50-minutes. The dish was not life-changing; however, the texture and taste were good. Easy to make as well.

This dish was tasty. I used tomato broth instead of chicken broth and used bake chicken meat that was already cooked to cut down on overall cooking time.

Very tasty and filling. I used a chicken stock instead of bone broth and forgot to add the nutmeg but it turned out really well. Cooking time was about 55 minutes.
