- roasted almonds
- pomegranate arils
- herb (sprigs for garnish if desired, optional)
- 1/2 cup soft goat cheese (5-6 ounces)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (each, and freshly ground black pepper)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
