I make these pretty often. It’s nice to be able to use staples I already have and not have to buy a specialty mix. To make the buttermilk I just sour some milk with a couple of dashes of lemon juice. Everybody likes them and they do a great job of completing a meal :)

They are truly amazing. My teenage son just gobbles these up. Just like the ones at red lobster . Would defiantly make again.
