Delicious! Didn't change a thing but may add some red pepper strips next time.

Thank you the dish was absolutely "Yumm"!!! The only thing I added was a little more water right at the end. Will definitely be added to my favorite list.

This was a complete success. My 8-year-old ate almost all of it himself over the course of a couple of days and was kind of pouty when we ran out! Haha. As a bonus, he discovered a newfound love of plain cashews for snacking due to this recipe. It is absolutely, 100% a keeper.
