- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt (I added the salt)
- 1/4 cup raisins (I added the raisins)
- 3/4 cup caramel candies (chopped, or 3/4 cup salted caramel sauce , I used salted caramel sauce)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
