These turned out wonderful I sprinkled them with a touch of white sugar as they came off the stove. This added a touch more sweetness. Very easy to make, but watch it - it can burn easily

I just made a double batch. I used unsalted cashews instead and they are amazing. I also added cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne. My husband went crazy over them and he is picky. They are a little sticky as of yet, but am hoping they will harden. Can't stop eating them.
