Really tasty pancakes! I was a little doubtful because I had no eggs and only powdered buttermilk. I found this and was still a bit worried because I’ve never used powdered buttermilk. Turned out really good! Just thru some frozen berries on as I stacked and thawed them between layers then syrup on top. Stayed nice and warm and very tasty!
