Good! Chicken was really good but pasta and chicken needed much more salt, pepper, and also oregano added in well

This seems to be rather oily to me. I suggest using a lite Italian, or if you are using a regular homemade Italian then you don't need so much oil in the pan when cooking. A good spray of Pam, then just the marinade that comes off the chicken breast (no more added) should suffice. Other than that, seems to be a good recipe.
