This was very good. I used more than 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables and I used more of both the soy sauces. I also wish that it would tell you how much cooking oil to use. I will be using more egg next time as well. It also needs some salt and pepper for taste. Very tasty though and I will be making it again.

The servings are VERY, VERY generous.
It also has too much rice and too little sauce.
I didn't use the Indian sauce.

So simple and turned out to be so delicious! I added 3 eggs instead of 2 and still had plenty left over!

The directions were very thorough and straightforward and the ingredients were classic.! I'd say the only problem is that I needed to use a lot more soy sauce and sesame oil.
