It was Delish! My daughter was able to bake these herself for breakfast and everyone loved it! (Including her picky brother). If you want a different but still good taste instead of white sugar add brown sugar in the same amount and it is so good!!

These are great! I made a couple modifications- I used applesauce in place of the oil and added 1 tsp each of vanilla extract and cinnamon. They came out perfect!

Perfect base recipe, on its own it’s a mildly sweet muffin. We added some cinnamon and used raspberry yogurt in place of the eggs came out delicious. Simple, quick and good

Really easy to make! I added honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of brown sugar on top. Cheap and easy to make, I thoroughly liked this recipe

I've made these several times & always yummy. I've even tried with a few alterations (such as adding banana) & enjoy them each time.

Great with jam. A little crumbly and thick (almost scone-like), but I think that can be fixed with a little more milk.

the muffins are delicious
I altered the recipe a bit: i used one part whole wheat flour and one part all purpose and added about a 1/4 cup more water and milk
