This was pretty easy to make, and it turned out well, but I won't say it's anything to write home about. Definitely good if you want something filling that's simple to put together.

Turned out pretty good. I opted for ranch seasoning in mine. It was also easy for my nine month old to eat, if that matters to any parents out there

Really easy to put together and always comes out great. A great base recipe that you can make your own.

Great! I only had half a pound of mild Italian sausage so I used some bacon to add to it. This is easy to make, not to time consuming and it’s easily customizable to your preferences. Made enough we had breakfast for two days and it was just as good the second day as it was the first. Would definitely make this again.

I made this with frozen shredded potatoes and regular breakfast sausage. It was good, though next time I’ll add some crushed red pepper, spicy sausage, and perhaps a green bell pepper for color. It’s very filling and tasty!

Full disclosure: all the ingredients were not available. We used green bell pepper and there were no scallions either. Still, it was delicious and definitely worth a repeat.

Easy breakfast casserole with lots of flavor. Works best when added to a 9x13 pan to make sure the eggs are cooked all the way through. I'll make it again.

Very easy and tasty! I used turkey sausage and a couple extra eggs and it turned out perfect. Had to cook it about 15 min longer because of the extra eggs. Will make again.

I scaled this up to 40 servings to feed a football team. 5 lbs. Regular blue and gold sausage added about 8 Tbsp. Italian seasoning. Instead of the onions i added 3 bags of the Frozen onion and Bell pepper pre diced. Sauteed them in the sausage drippings. 30 eggs and a can of Carnation milk, 10 cups cheese and 6 Tbsp of granulated garlic plus a 2 cup bag of Colby Jack for the topping. I lined my electric roaster with parchment paper and it took right at 2 and 1/2 hours to get done at the center. We have about 25 hearty appetites to feed and We had about 4 servings left and they were full. Thanks for an easy quick crowd pleaser! My only reservation is the large amount of garlic the original called for. i would have needed 24 cloves for 40. Garlic depending on where it's from can be weak and mild to strong and wild. Use your nose and ere on the side on sense. One person's 10 cloves could be equaled by my 5 cloves of garden grown. Thanks Again!!

I cooked my own hashbowns, used two different types of cheese, and added dill weed to my eggs. Excellent.

Made it for family brunch, it was quick and easy, everyone loved it! I added 2 more eggs and air fried the home fries to make sure they were crispy. Will definitely make again

I'm typically not a huge breakfast fan, but this was a winner at our house. Probably the most difficult part was chopping onions and peppers, otherwise very easy to make. We will definitely keep in the rotation for weekends!

Amazing!!! Perfect...some changes/add-ins....Added a layer of thawed broccoli cauliflower tots on the bottom, 6 slices of colby-jack on top of the tots, eggs/sausage/red potatoes, red pepper/shredded cheese batter, then shredded Italian cheese on top.
Note the red potatoes (2) were fried with the onion/red pepper/dash Cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, butter first before mixing with egg/sausage batter...30 min@350° covered, 15 min uncovered...bake time 45 min total...YUM

Made this for my best friend and her family when I came to visit and they loved it!!! Topped it off with sour cream and it tasted really good. I will most definitely be making this dish again and can't wait to make it for my family!!!

This recipe was very easy to make and it tasted delicious. I added mushrooms and a little tomatoes for extra veggies. I baked the casserole in a cast iron pan instead of a glass pan for the hash brown to turn crispy on the bottom. This was a delicious one dish breakfast and very easy to make.
