The roast came out very tender and juicy. the recipe was very easy to follow and execute. We'll be making this I've again.

A bit salty but I guess it was my bad for not seasoning properly. Would make again...

Loved the flavor & super-easy to make. Think I need to go with the shorter timing next time, though. 120 mins was a little too long.

Easy & delicious. Did modify the cooking time since I wasn’t paying attention to the recommend cook time. Pulled it out of the oven when the steak was @ 180F. I found the steak to be perfect.

The meat is super fatty, just be prepared. I cooked it less because we wanted M/R do I kept temping it. I also sprinkled fresh rosemary all over it because who doesn’t like rosemary and butter on meat?!
