I had a pint of fresh raspberries that I needed to use. They of course got a little mashed when I folded them in, but still so yummy. When I make these again if I use fresh I will freeze them for a couple hours before I make the muffins. I didn’t have Bisquick, used 2 cups of self rising flour with 3 tablespoons of butter in place.
