it was good. A little thin so I will use less beer or more flour next time. Also used Cajun seasoning.

i found it too thin using it on mushrooms.. I thickened it ....taste was good ..just wasn't whatI expected

The batter was great. i added cajun seasoning. it worked on mushrooms too. very good!

it was a bit on the thin side, but easily fixed by adding more flour. over all it is a good recipe.

Was easy and delicious. Although I ended up adding twice as much flour to make the batter a bit thicker. I added a tsp of baking powder as well to make it nice and fluffy.

This turned out great with a couple of small adjustments. I added an extra tablespoon of pickles. I used sweet pickles. I also added a 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar and no salt. It’s awesome.
