- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup (Campbell’s, NOT diluted, I used Campbell's Healthy Request)
- 1 1/4 cups milk (half of a soup can)
- 1 cup taco sauce (or substitute with enchilada sauce)
- 1 lb. ground beef (I used 96% lean, but any type will work)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (I used frozen pre-diced onion for a shortcut)
- 1/4 cup corn (I used canned, but you can also use frozen corn kernels or fresh corn)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided, I used reduced fat, but any variety will work)
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch, burrito size)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
