These were great, super moist! I swapped in 1/2 c whole grain flour (rye), and decreased sugar to 1 cup sugar + 1/4 c honey. They baked in 12 min with 350 convection, and made 18 what I would call regular size muffins. Oh, also my hubby requested walnuts which tasted great in these!

Turned out okay ; I added walnuts
needed to bake at least double the time directed
Took 35 minutes
At 12 minutes the tops were still liquid.

The recipe doesn’t give a cooking temp. I tried 350 F but they did not rise. I continued to cook them longer but eventually increased temp to 400F. They finally cooked but not well and turned out horribly.
