Very good - nice and moist, good banana flavor. Super easy to make, and love that it is dairy-free! Tastes a lot like my aunt’s “famous” banana cake, which is lots of ingredients and time-consuming to make. I used an 8” square pan, based on other reviews and equivalency for the 22cm pan, but it was a bit too full and the middle of the cake did not cook all the way through (although the edges were getting overdone) - recommend trying a 9” square pan, and check for doneness before the 45 min. Added a simple (dairy-free) cream cheese frosting, and it is wonderful!

Beautiful! Used a square 8” glass pan instead.
