- 1 cup yoghurt
- 6 Tbsp. milk powder
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- biscuits (as per required, For base)
- caramel (for topping.)
- coffee (for topping)
- 1 egg (Optional, recommended for better texture)
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Celsius. For the base, melt the butter, crush the biscuits and combine them together.
- Spread the base in a dish and keep it in the fridge to set.
- In a separate bowl, combine together the yoghurt, milk powder, Sugar and egg.(Skip the egg if not using.)
