Very easy dish. I used rotisserie chicken and used basil and garlic Alfredo sauce. I also doubled the Alfredo sauce as seen in the comments and fried up some chopped onion in a seperate pan then added to the mix. It was very good We will definitely be making this again

I make this all of the time. My husband doesn’t like mushrooms so substitute cream of chicken and I use Spanish rice rather than the retried beans. It such a great recipe and really taste as leftovers.

This was REALLY good. My whole family loved it! The reason im giving it 3 stars is bc it didn’t have any hotness or spicy ness for a Mexican dish, even though I put taco seasoning in it! Next time I will put different stuff like chilies and extra taco seasoning to make it hotter

Okay! So this is how I changed mine up a bit! So I make my stuffed bell peppers with ground beef, rice and spaghetti sauce and had some left. I added that to my bottom layer also some taco salsa. I made more ground beef with beans and taco seasoning and follow the rest of the directions. FYI (I only added my bell pepper stuffing as a first layer of meat not directly on the bottom) . I wanted to see how this would taste with rice and it was bomb. Best extra ingredients I’ve came up with.

it was great, used black beans instead of refried, added corn and layerd it in a smaller dish so i only had to use 3 tortillas, this will be a dish i make often

So good! I kept everything the same other than I used cream of celery because my husband hates mushrooms. Definitely making this again.

The recipe is very delicious, and turned out great. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars as it was difficult to spread the mixtures evenly and feel like I could’ve used a slightly smaller dish. I did only use 4 tortilla shells, maybe mine were bigger than what the recipe was actually calling for. I also added in fresh diced tomatoes with each layer, adding the top layer of tomatoes with 5 minutes left of the cook time. I will definitely make again but make some adjustments next time.
