Really just a biscuit in a bagel shape.
They do toast up nicely for biscuits.

It was so easy and they turned out so delicious. I can tell you I’ve always been scared to attempt them. Now I must try all the different topping options!

It taste like the real thing and so easy to make. Bagels are so expensive in Malaysia and now I can have it all the time!

Great alternative. I added non-calorie sweetener as I made them sweet for breakfast (I’m not a savory bagel fan) and “poked” blue berries and strawberries in a few of them. I also added cinnamon to some. They all turned out very well. I used whole wheat flour but next time may try half white all purpose flour and half whole wheat to lighten the flavor up a bit.

I know everyone loves this recipe, but the texture was just too weird for me. Need to use parchment to avoid sticking. They make a fine healthy substitute to scratch the bagel itch, but they’re just not real bagels.

These are so good!! Everyone in my family loves them! Make sure to stick with the brands of yogurt she mentions or you may not have the same results. I made it once with generic and it was way too sticky.
