- 5 Tbsp. fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tsp. brown sugar

Amazing flavor, worth the extra steps and long simmer. There are other recipes with fewer ingredients but this has a nice complexity that really makes the pizza. Any crust benefits from this sauce but it’s worth the effort to find a really good one. Also great for dipping any bread as well

Easy and tastes great! I do like it a little sweeter so I did add about one tbsp of honey and and about 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce though!
