    What a great recipe! I have always had poor success making Au Jus from pan drippings — there was never enough to work with for a crowd or the results were just ho-hum. This was tasty, easy to make in advance (started to fill the House with great smells long before the roast went in the oven!!), and my extended family loved it with our French Dip sandwiches! This is now part of my go-to list of recipes.
