Remember tweak the cooking time if fish is partially frozen... check with a meat thermometer. Love that you can serve it with something spicy or salty and it all balances out. Relatively quick cooking turn around.

Sometimes simplicity is the best. This recipe lets the fish be the star, and the cooking method yielded perfectly cooked fish.

Thought it was tender and had good taste. I’m use to putting my fish on a grill, so that the skin comes off easier when removing from the grill.

So easy and so good!
I cooked about 12 ounces for 2 servings. I used 1 tbsp of ghee as the recipe instructed — next time I’ll cut that amount in half. It browned beautifully and was well cooked — not over or under cooked. Simply good!

An amazing fish looks like salmon but so mild. Salt and pepper are all it needs!
