I love this bread! I have made it exactly by the recipe and have omitted the honey. Either way it’s a winner. I am currently on a keto diet and the honey is not on the diet. Love baking this bread and putting tuna salad on it, or just butter. (One thing I do is leave it in until the top is crisp.)

I made exact to the recipe and it came out delicious. Instead of a loaf I did spoon in off in a cookie sheet and did rolls. I got about 1 dozen. The herbs gave it that special touch. I definitely don’t miss regular flour.

The texture turned out good but the egg flavor was a little too prominent for a bread. I’ll try making it with fewer eggs next time

LOVE this bread. made it with fresh herbs the first time and have used dry since. i've added basil. testure is a bit crumbly, but very tasty toasted with goat cheese.

I made this bread exactly to the recipe but without herbs. Turned out exactly like the picture. It is dense and held up in the toaster just fine. I like it with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. So far, the best substitute for "regular bread" since I gave up flour. Slices are a little small for sandwiches but fine for toasting. I will definitely make this again, and maybe with some herbs to have with dinner.

I've never used almond flour before and so I didn't really know what to expect. I made a few changes to the recipe. I was in the mood for cinnamon so I added cinnamon and vanilla extract until I got a spice taste. I didn't measure though! I also added more honey. It turned out good! A little dry.. and that could of been my fault for baking a little over 30 min. I also added a glaze on top of coconut milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Vanilla-Coconut-Icing-1314826?columns=5&position=13%2F54
I will definitely be trying this again! It was really easy to make!
