Really yummy! I wedged the potatoes more than shown and left them in the air fryer a bit longer. It turned out a bit crispy and delicious.

These were great! I had standard russets on hand so they took longer to cook. I added some cippollini onions because I had them on hand too - turned out so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside - I cooked 3 rounds of 10 minutes shaking in between.

I left the potatoes in about 8 minutes longer. I had a full tray. They were delicious! Will make again!
