    im not a big fan of zucchini, but this was good. i baked it in the oven, not as watery.

    I add way more butter, but I normally can’t stand vegetables myself (yes, this adult mom is way pickier than my kids). Everyone seems to eat it right up! Steaming has proved to be a method I just needed practice with—the initial intimidation factor was pointless.

    Swapped zucchini with a different squash. It’s easy & tasty but nothing extraordinary. Ate with tomato pasta sauce for extra flavour.

    So dang good! I’ve never considered the microwave with zucchini, but this dish proved me silly. I followed the instructions to a T and it was the best zucchini I’ve ever had!

    When I see easy I expect the process to get the ingredients easy but the recommendation of grating the Parmesan was too much and I just got the green bottle and called it good. They turned out still great though! Simple, healthy, and tasty!
