Was freaking good. I always wanted to make a prime rib but was scared of the process and felt I didn't have the required skills. So obviously felt very proud and confident when i served this dinner to my partner.

Absolutely the best method and instructions I have used. the family ate the whole thing. Simplicity here is the key and it worked, Turned out fantastic. The juices made an incredible beefy gravy too. I put cloves of garlic inside and cooked it on top of a bed of onions and it was sublime.

This was awesome! The kids loved it too. I've made it several times now, and it's always a winner. Now I make a bigger one, so we have leftovers for a day or two - it was that good. (and so easy!)
