- 1 lb. shrimp (fresh, peeled and de-veined)
- vegetable oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- stir fry sauce (House of Tsang Classic)
- 3/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 1 eggs (lightly beaten)
- toasted sesame oil
- soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 1/4 cups snow peas (with shredded carrots, can substitute equal amount of defrosted frozen peas and carrots)
- 4 cups rice (cooked, cold, day-old, longer grain - I used Jasmine rice, fluffed so the grains are separated)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 can beansprouts (drained, I only used half a can)
- soy sauce (More, and House of Tsang sauce, to taste)

I made this recipe and added fresh mushrooms and bean sprouts.It was delicious and very easy to make.It is a keeper in our house.
