I made this last night with 1/2 mayo and 1/2 yoghurt, and cheddar instead of mozzarella. Absolutely lovely, will definitely make again! Thank you x

Super quick and easy, tastes good, and the browned topping makes the cod look nice when plated. I would make this again - especially on nights when I don’t have a lot of time to make dinner. Recipe says to salt and pepper to taste; I would recommend using very little salt.

We had this for lunch. My husband and I loved it. Because I don’t have Parmigianno Ragianno and fresh parsley, I substitute it with mozzarella cheese and regular parsley flakes. I used Mahi Mahi fish. It turned out perfect. Thanks much.

Easy and delicious. Used basil from my garden and followed the recipe. Everyone loved it. Served with lime fiesta rice from Yummly. They paired very well and felt like a complete satisfying meal that there was no need for salad. Thank you!

This was absolutely delicious. I know the recipe called for freshly grated cheese, but I only had pre-grated cheese on hand. It was still very good on cod, so I can imagine freshly grated cheese will taste even better. This is definitely a keeper.

Produced a moist and flaky filet, though a tad rich, the fresh basil helped mellow out the garlic and cheese. Would have tasted too overpowering, otherwise.
May increase the amount of basil, and reduce the amount of cheese if I make this again.

This was amazing! I used fresh Tarragon instead of Basil and Parsley and it turned out fantastic!

I didn’t use cheese in mine and it still turned out great!! The fish I used was Basa Fillets and it was moist and very flavourful! I will be making this again for sure.

It was a hit and soooo delicious! I tweeted the herbs a bit as I didn’t have parsley or basil, instead I used dill and rosemary all other ingredients were the same.
(I used wax paper instead of parchment)

I've been making this recipe for the past couple of years the whole family likes it, kids and all. It's easy, and I always have the ingredients on hand, fish in the freezer.

My whole family loves this recipe! We make it almost once a week. It is so easy, fast and yummy. Now we always keep cod in the freezer or frig so we can make this anytime. It is a great weeknight dinner.

I added fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon and sprinkled a little panko on top for more crunch. It was delicious and family really enjoyed it. Will make again.
