It was a hit with my family and I have very picky eaters. Only change I made is using vegetable stock instead of chicken. Have made twice and will definitely make again!

Very easy, fast and the boys loved it with tacos!! I added diced onion and red bell pepper and used frozen cilantro we saved from our garden this summer.

I love how easy this receipt was!! I actually quadrupled the recipe for a get together and it went perfectly. I did add extra spices, extra cumin, Chili powder, hint of cayenne, ground pepper and oregano to be more of a taco seasoning

Would’ve been better if I had gone with my gut and didn’t turn off the rice once it came to boil again. Should’ve left it cooking at a low heat while covered. The recipe says to turn off and cover. I tried to salvage it but the rice came out hard

I loved this recipe! I even added some diced red and green pepper to the spices before adding the broth and sauce. Once served, I added some shredded cheddar on top and let it melt. Mmm mmm. I can't wait to make this again!
