    These were easy and really good. Wish the sauce was thicker but I guess it is watered down by the water cooking out of the zucchini. May add some hoisin sauce next time to thicken it up a bit.

    Too much of sodium for me. I think if i were to make it like chinese stir fried noodles with veggies and eggs it would have tasted much better.

    It worked! I used my apple peeler/ spiralizer to cut noodles. Also used fettuccine, peppers, and corn.

    Added chicken & peanuts. Used honey instead of the brown sugar and coco amino instead of soy sauce. It turned out great and everyone loved it! Will make this again.
