Description
Ground beef is mixed with a variety of bold flavors for these skewers which make a tasty appetizer or meal. Garlic, cilantro, and mint are main flavor stars in this recipe but pomegranate, pinenuts, and cumin all play an important supporting role. This recipe is bursting with flavor and cooking them on the grill add even more. Try these as an appetizer with a yogurt dip or crumble them over a salad for something a little more satisfying.

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with all the ingredients and knead well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Take a little bit of meat in your hands and form a ball. Place all the rolls on a plate, pierce each roll with a skewer (if you use wooden skewers, moisten them with water tab so they do not burn during cooking).
- Arrange the skewers on a hot grill. Cook them according to your taste, rare or medium rare, gently turning them halfway through cooking.
