Amazing!!! 12 minutes was perfect for the size I made the cookies! I used one cup of Ginger Ale to make the dough the right consistency.
Topped them off with
powdered sugar/almond milk icing.
My grandson has an egg/dairy allergy and these were safe for him to eat!!
