    Brilliant! Super healthy although I skipped the garlic as we had at breakfast and didn’t want to smell like garlic all day Will definitely make it again

    Great! I was looking for a vegetarian breakfast casserole for my dad. I tried a small bite when I removed it from the oven and I thought it was delicious. His response after eating was “this recipe is a keeper”. Will definitely make again.
