- 2/3 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours, and up to 8, drained)
- 1/2 cup cannellini (cooked, great white northern, or navy beans)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. miso (I like to use mellow white miso or chickpea miso)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cold water
- 1 cup green peas
- 12 oz. elbow pasta (I like to use brown rice pasta)
