    Delicious gluten-free waffles recipe. Used coconut oil instead of canola oil. It gives the waffles a light coconut taste. Love it.

    Fantastic! I've avoided Bob's Red Mill AP Gluten-free 1-to-1 for years because everyone said how disappointing it is. Well, not for this recipe. I never would have known these were gluten free if I hadn't made them myself. They were perfect. Better than ATK's. <3

    These were relatively bland. To the second half of the batter (after cooking the first half and not being impressed) I added 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of cinnamon to improve the taste. Overall, I don't think I will use this recipe again.
