I followed the recipe and during baking flour rose to the surface. When I opened the oven to remove it I immediately smelled flour . I stirred to try to incorporate the flour and put back in oven. Probably will not make again.

I'm in awe. This stuff is amazing!
I baked mine covered, then added cheese to the top and broiled it uncovered til golden. It's rich, flavorful, gooey, and perfect. I'm definitely coming back to this one!

This is a hit! I was low on cheddar so I used mozzarella in the cheese topping. Next time I will use extra sharp. Love the bite. I also used 3 minute quick cook elbows. Thanks!!!

Loved it, the whole family did even the picky little humans. Doubled the entire recipe as we have a big family and occasionally I use prepared mustard instead of dried ground mustard

I would mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs to sprinkle over the top. This would give it a nice crusty topping. Just saying....
