A wonderful shake for when you wake up

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (chopped up)
  • 4 strawberries (chopped up)
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1/2 apple (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

    Directions

    1. Put all chopped up fruit into the blender
    2. Add some of the orange juice and then blend for a couple of seconds.
    3. Then add the rest of the orange juice and add the honey or maple syrup.
    4. Blend until smooth or to your preference.
