Pretty good. needed wonton strips. I used peanuts. We used broccoli slaw because that’s what we at the store.

Pretty good. Not my favorite, could've used more flavor in the sauce section. It was good for what it was.

Delicious and quick to make. We fried wonton strips and used those as a garnish.

Worked very well, made it with ground beef instead of pork. I increased the amount of ginger and garlic and added some onion powder and toasted sesame seeds. I also added a drizzle of rice vinegar. This gave it a much fuller flavor. But I liked the basic concept.

Turned out delicious. We ate it as is to keep it low carb. Three net carbs per serving.

I added a dry pack of Ramen noodles to give it a little extra crunch a d some shredded purple cabbage. Next time I will cut back the soy sauce and add a tad more sesame oil.

Love an easy, cheap and cheerful recipe like this! Thinking it needs a name change from egg roll to spring roll though?

Delicious, simple, and fast. Tasted like it was from a restaurant. Made a lot for the week. My friend who i was cooking for wanted the recipe. If you like a bit of spiciness, i added a little bit of sriracha at the end. This recipe is a keeper by far!

Very tasty and easy to make. Surprised it said to top on rice since it is supposed to be low carb. I did it anyways, may try cauliflower rice next time.

Loved this recipe; easy and quick to prepare. I like some spice and added some red pepper flakes to my bowl.

Good flavor. Soy sauce was a little strong....perhaps a little sugar or duck sauce to cut it.

Turned out great. Only thing I miss in this type of egg roll is picking it up. Not a finger food but taste is great.
